The client plans to build a new fire equipment house located in the Nastätten district, corridor 77, parcel 122/11 and optionally the construction of a new fire equipment house located in the Miehlen Hallway 42, parcels 399, 400 and 401.

The fire equipment houses should each have a gross floor area of 1,283.50 m 2 and 1,250 m 2 respectively. There is a space program coordinated with the fire brigade and ADD, which should become the basis of the planning. The costs of the construction project in Nastätten (KG 200 to KG 400) are expected to be EUR 2.541 million (net) and that of the fire equipment house in Miehlem EUR 2.415 million (net).

Performance time:

Construction is scheduled to start in 2023. Building completion is expected to take place in 2025.
