1. The subject of this contract is the successive performance of laundry services together with the lease of flat and bed linen, fashionable clothing and bags for the transport of dirty and contaminated underwear for the Independent Provincial Complex of Public Psychiatric Health Care Institutions in Warsaw at 27 Nowowiejski Street (hereinafter referred to as the "Nowowiejski Hospital").

2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts:

1) PART No. 1 - successive performance of laundry services along with transport, lease of flat and bed linen, fashionable clothing, bags for transporting dirty and contaminated underwear and implementation of the UHF RFID system or equivalent for the departments of the Nowowiejski Hospital located in Warsaw,

2) PART No. 2 - successive performance of laundry services along with transport, lease of flat and bed linen, fashionable clothing, bags for dirty and contaminated underwear for the Care and Treatment of Psychiatric Facility in Rasztów.
