1. The subject of the contract is the provision of agricultural services in the form of mowing grass and lichen on real estate being in the Agricultural Property Stock of the Treasury in the part covered by the contracting authority's scope. The Employer does not provide for the possibility of burning land.

2. The order was divided into 6 partial tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in chapter III SIWZ

1) partial task A - includes the provision of grass and lichen mowing services on real estate located in the Choszczno poviat, Recz commune, Pomień and Wielgoszcz precincts; Drawno commune, Konotop precinct and Choszczno commune, Korytowo precinct,

With a total area of 5.84 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.

Partial task B - includes performing mowing and lichen mowing services on real estate located in the Łobeski poviat, Radowo Małe commune, Smorawina district and Dobra commune, Dobra area with a total area to be built 1.86 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.

Partial task C - includes performing mowing and lichen mowing services on real estate located in the Goleniów poviat, Osina commune, Bodzęcin region; the municipality of Maszewo, Godowo and Sokolniki precincts and the Nowogard commune, precincts 7 of the city of Nowogard with a total area to be built of 2.76 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.

Partial task D - includes performing mowing and lichen mowing services on real estate located in the Gryfice poviat, Płoty commune, Mechowo precinct, Wyszobór, Wyszogóra, 2 cities of Płoty; Gryfice commune, Threegłów precinct and Karnice commune, Cerkwica precinct with a total area of 4.508 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.

Partial task E - includes performing mowing and lichen mowing services on real estate located in the Stargard poviat, Dobrzany commune, Biała, Bytowo, Kozy, Mosina, Ognica, Odargowo, Szadzko, Dobrzany; the municipalities of Marianowo, Marianowo, Trąbki, Dzwonowo precincts; Chociwel commune, Bród district; the commune of Dolice, Dolice, Warszyn precincts; Suchań commune, area 1 of the city of Suchań; Ińsko commune, Wall and Storkowo precincts with a total area to be built 20.38 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.

Partial task F - includes the service of mowing grass and lichen on real estate located in the Gryfino poviat, the Gryfino commune, the Gardno district, the Chojna commune, the Krzymów district, the Mieszkowice commune, the Zielin district, in the Pyrzycki poviat, the Lipiany district, the Skrzynka district area to be built 4.27 ha - described in detail in chapter III SIWZ.
