These are several project management missions as part of a works operation in Ambarès-et-Lagrave (33,440), Cité Bel Air, including a development operation (including two development permits) and the construction of 54 housing units (part of the first phase of the overall development operation) around 49 social rental housing units and 5 terraced houses for social access. The project may also include the development of two concomitant plots and its surroundings, which could be the subject of a subsequent project management mission. Each of the project management missions will be managed by different departments of Domofrance:

- Department of Urban Development and Renewal (DARU)

- Rental Project Management Department (DMOL)

- Exterra Social Accession Project Management (DMOAS)
