The goal of the County Board in this procurement is to create, via total contracting, free hiking routes for fish, otter and other species tied to streams. When changing an existing road drum, a vault arch is laid instead or a bridge with wooden carriageway is built. Biotope care adjacent to drum (about 15 - 20 m upstream and downstream) can be done through the return of blocks and stone and structures being created, which should primarily benefit naturally occurring species but also minimizing negative flows on arch arch or bridge foundations.

The county government will be helpful with the management required for these biotope measures adjacent to the drum or bridge.

The county government wants to meet with this procurement need for machine contracting, which can perform above specified actions in the years 2022 — 2025, divided by 12 road drums, minimum is 4 selected drums in the year 2022.
