The state capital Magdeburg intends the new building as well as the pre-financing of a 4-speed elementary school with hoard and two-field hall including the play, sports and break free spaces as well as necessary parking spaces.
The implementation of the measure is based on the EW construction documents, the building permit, the building description, parts of the execution planning and the execution guidelines of the client.
At Wilhelm-Kobelt-Straße 30, a new school site with a four-pronged elementary school is to be built. The elementary school arranges itself according to specification of the construction lines and construction limits along the Wilhel Kobelt road. According to the task and space requirements, the 4-speed school covers 4 floors. The hoard is only on the ground floor. The school functions are housed exclusively in the 3 upper floors.
The spatial concept is based on the requirements of a user-oriented implementation as a learning landscape. Of particular note is the sequence of rooms Entree, Pausenhalle ("Heart of the School"), refectory / auditorium and courtyard. That's why the ground floor houses the central entrance and multi-function rooms and the halls.
The generous canteen / aula area with an upstream pause hall will be included in the hoard use in the afternoon. In addition, a double use of the general classrooms on the first floor is provided for the completion of homework. Due to the angular layout of the floor plan, an effective floor plan with short paths and a central pause hall is created as a communicative center of the school (central connection of all 4 storeys).
Upstairs there are the classrooms of the elementary school with the centrally located workshops for subject teaching and the open-plan wardrobes / learning islands. The size of the AUR are the given 62,50 m
