1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of author's supervision and maintenance of InfoMedica Plus software (successor of Infomedica) and AMMS Plus (successor of AMMS) of Asseco Poland SA, in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Agreement with attachments.

2. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. Tenders that do not contain the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.

If the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor in the description of the subject of the contract, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions to the described, subject to preservation by not the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc.

5. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority.
