Purchase of furniture for the new building of the Siikajoki assisted living facility for the wellbeing services county of Northern Ostrobothnia. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold value, because the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia will acquire furniture for several health and social services centres and service centres that together exceed the EU threshold value this year.

The procurement is divided into three (3) sub-tender groups as follows:

1. Office furniture

2. Break room furniture

3. Dining and living area furniture.

ESTIMATED TIMETABLE:

The premises are estimated to be completed in 10/2023 and the office furniture (desks, office chairs and other unupholstered products) must be delivered no later than six (6) weeks from the order. The delivery and installation of other upholstered furniture must begin 8 weeks after the binding order so that the furniture is ready for use 9 weeks from the binding order, unless otherwise agreed.

In group 2, we ask for your offer: furniture for the break rooms in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

In group 3, we ask for your offer: furniture for dining and living areas in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.
