Part D: Set of devices for making models in SL UV LCD printing technology – 3 pcs.;

Part E: Filament Fabrication Equipment Kit for 3D Printing;

Part F: SLS Printing 3D Printer with Modular Printing System

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 3D printers for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology, divided into parts:

Part A: SLS Printing 3D Printer

2. The item of the order includes, among others

(a) Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation.

b) The subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any rights of third parties.

d) The Customer requires a guarantee for all parts A-F: not less than 12 months.

e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter warranty period, the offer will be rejected as not meeting the requirements of the Ordering Party.
