1. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical devices according to the description of the subject of the order, in the assortment and quantities listed in detail in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference divided into 6 parts.

2. The offered subject of the contract must meet at least the functions and parameters described in Annex 3 of the ToR - defined as limit parameters.

3. The medical devices listed in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference must meet the requirements set out in the Medical Devices Act (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 107, item 679).

4. Equivalent bids may be submitted provided that the offered item is functionally similar and as close as possible in terms of structure, materials from which it is made, sizes, etc. to sample products, and the Contractor submits in the offer an appropriate document from which it will be unambiguous that the offered subject of the contract has technical, operational and operational parameters not worse than the parameters indicated in the product design
