Every site visit is announced in time (at least 2 weeks before the opening of the file) in advance to the local building coordinator (g-co), Mr. Van Gorp Dirk - facility services director. Upon effective arrival, one registers with the g-co or its employees.
With every site visit, the service provider respects the relevant opening hours of the location. Deviating working hours are discussed with the g-co.
The employees of the service provider disturb the normal operation of the hospital as little as possible. They do not go to places other than those where the works are being carried out.
