Planning services for property planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 2-9.

The Eider-Treene-Schule Friedrichstadt is the branch of the Eider-Treene-Schule in Tönning. At the school in Friedrichstadt z. Currently there are 331 students in the school. A sports hall is connected to the school building, which is also used for club sports. The existing sports hall is missing and is to be replaced by the construction of a new 2-field sports hall. The city of Tönning has coordinated a preliminary draft with the users, which is now to be implemented. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which provide the property planning building and interiors according to Cover HOAI and have implemented similar measures in the past. The service phases 2-9 should be worked on. The assignment will take place in stages. The client reserves the right to assign only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total construction costs of the KG 200 to 700 are estimated at around EUR 4.16 million net.
