The offer relates to the purchase of compression stockings for citizens of the respective municipalities listed below.

After the end of the tender business, the winning supplier's prices will form the appropriation basis for purchasing compression stockings for citizens of Hjørring Municipality, Jammerbugt Municipality, Frederikshavns Municipality, Thisted Municipality, Vesthimmerlands Municipality and Morsø Municipality, in accordance with Section 112of the Service Act, paragraph 3.

Purchases of compression stockings are carried out on the back round of appropriations for citizens and it should simply be noted that it is a “free choice scheme” in which it is up to the individual citizen, on the back round of appropriation, to decide which supplier the citizen wishes to make his purchase of compression stockings at.

The offer is made by Joint Purchasing Nord. Hjørring Municipality will be responsible for the tendering process, on behalf of the listed municipalities, however separate contracts will be drawn up for each municipality at the start of the contract.

A framework agreement is concluded cf. Section 24 No 30 of UBL, where a contract based on a framework agreement is concluded between the parties to the Framework Agreement.

The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years, with option option for 2 X 12 months.

After contracting, the 6 municipalities trade with the selected bidder as individual legal parties.
