The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for the provision of facilities management services, commencing 1.5.2019. Further information on the specification of requirements is contained in the RFT. It should be noted that a fully outsourced facilities management service is required. The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) occupies one standalone premises at 2-5 Warrington Place, Dublin 2. This premises is held on a leasehold basis on a full repairing / maintenance lease. The BAI has approximately 40 staff.
