The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 13,300,000.00 (say: thirteen million, three hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Commune for 2019 in three planned tranches:

1st tranche - PLN 3,000,000.00 - 8/12/2019

Second tranche - PLN 5,000,000.00 - 30.9.2019

Third tranche - PLN 5,300,000.00 - 2/12/2019

1) Loan period: 14 years and 6 months / 174 months / from the signing of the contract, including the grace period for repayment of principal installments until 29.3.2020.

2) First interest installment - 30/12/2019.

3) The first capital and interest installment on 30.3.2020, and the last on 30.12.2033.

4) The loan will be released in tranches to the basic account of the Radziejowice commune, submitted in the form of an application with the amount of the tranche determined before the tranche is released on the date of transfer of funds in accordance with the date declared by the Contractor in the offer.

5) The loan will be repaid in 56 quarterly capital installments in the years 2020–2033 at PLN 237,500.00 plus decreasing interest, on the 30th day of the third month of the quarter, including grace periods for repayment of principal installments until March 29, 2020.
