Providing the procurement documents

Submission of tenders

Tenders shall be submitted electronically through TendSign.

Only electronic tenders are accepted.

Last tender day

Tenders must be received by the client no later than 2023-11-20 23:59.

Tenders that are not the requester provide within the appointed time will be rejected.

Extent

Through this Agreement, the Broadband Operator thus receives the assignment to establish the Broadband Networks to the drop-off points specified in the tender, or redundancy distances, and to provide the Broadband Networks in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Broadband Operator understands and accepts that an essential prerequisite for the Assignment is that the Broadband Networks during the Term of the Agreement shall be open for access by Users on non-discriminatory terms and at prices that are in line with the average prices that apply to equivalent services in other more competitive areas of Sweden. According to the EU's block exemption from 1 January 2015, the requirement for transparency at the level of channelling is not limited in time but is calculated from the date of deployment of the network onwards. The assignment to establish and provide the Broadband Networks does not include any transfer of ownership of the Broadband Networks as such to the Municipality. It is the broadband operator's responsibility to ensure that the work with the establishment of the Broadband Networks is organized and carried out in a way that enables the completion of the Broadband Networks in a timely manner and with the fulfillment of the requirements specified in this Agreement.The municipality's responsibility for the Broadband Operator's implementation of the Assignment is limited to the administration of issues related to Region Skåne's broadband support.
