The consultation concerns the management and operation of the Bièvre car park. This park is in semi-buried structure. Built in 2004 with the “Sqy Ouest” shopping center, the Bièvre car park opened its doors in March 2005. The park has a capacity of 1,096 spaces including 48 PRM spaces spread over 11 levels with a possible extension of one level or 126 additional places. It is made up of 4 vehicle access points:

- access to level 0 with 4 entry channels,

- access to level + 4 with 3 entry channels,

- access to level 0 with 3 exit channels,

- access to level +3 with 3 exit channels. It also has a pedestrian access to directly access the SQY Ouest shopping center on level + 2. Another pedestrian access is temporarily closed on level -2.

- a reception desk is present at level 0. The description of the services to be provided is indicated in the Special technical specifications (CCTP).
