The coordinator's mission is to contribute to preventing risks to the safety and health of the workers on the site concerned, resulting from the simultaneous or successive interventions of several self-employed workers or companies, including subcontracting companies and to provide, where necessary, for the use of logistical means and collective protection. The contract applies to the monitoring of works contracts and related contracts resulting therefrom such as landscaping contracts, public lighting, works entrusted to the PTGR and contracts for purchase orders for final signalling and slides.
