This contract is a public service contract that aims at the Designation of a Project Author for various complete missions relating to development works of public spaces (roads, soft mobility, etc.) throughout the territory of the Municipality of MORLANWELZ.

Each mission will be the subject of a purchase order.

Each mission is divided into tranches:

• Firm tranche: STAGE 1 - Studies and preparation of a preliminary project

• Conditional tranche 1: STAGE 2 - Planning permit application

• Conditional tranche 2: STAGE 3 - Tender file ("Project") and competitive tendering

• Conditional tranche 3: STAGE 4: Monitoring of the execution of the works

The contract is concluded for a period of four (4) years.

However, the Contracting Authority and the Project Developer have the possibility to terminate the contract taking into account a minimum period of 90 calendar days before each anniversary date (details in point III.11 of the CSC - End of the framework agreement and subsequent missions).
