Integration market through the provision of staff for the cleaning and punctual maintenance of public spaces and logistics services

This consultation is launched as a grouping of orders between the City of Saint Etienne designated coordinator and Saint Etienne Métropole.La award procedure is adapted open subject to the provisions of Article R2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with single order forms with no minimum and with a maximum of 2,640,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract, all members of the consortium combined. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit prices
