Bjerkreim, Gjesdal, Hjelmeland, Hå, Klepp, Strand and Time municipalities, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, are situated in Rogaland and have a more than 80,000 inhabitants.

Klepp municipality has the secretarial services for the call for tenders and shall have all contact with the tenderers on behalf of the contracting authority.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies, school materials and copy paper to the contracting authorities.

This framework agreement will include delivery to all of the contracting authorities departments and units. See the websites for Klepp municipality and each collaboration partner for a complete overview. Attention is drawn to the fact that entities can have multiple delivery addresses.

The contract period will be two years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further one year + one year. Expected start of contract is February 2022.
