The subject of the contract is the delivery of vouchers of various purposes in the form of bearer ID marks, subject to exchange for goods or services for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / PLSZ and their children up to 16 years of age to be used in commercial and service outlets in Polish (in particular in the capital city of Warsaw) with a face value of PLN 50 and a total nominal value not exceeding PLN 3,600,000.00 (three million six hundred thousand zlotys), in paper form (vouchers). The delivery will be made in two tranches with a nominal value of PLN 1,800,000.00 each, subject to point 1.2 OPZ. The total number of vouchers will be 72,000 vouchers, 36,000 per tranche, subject to point 1.2 of the OPZ. Deadline for performance of the contract: 1) tranche I - within 3 working days (in words: three) from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than 15 May 2023, 2) tranche II - no later than by 15 October 2023.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of vouchers of various purposes in the form of bearer ID marks, subject to exchange for goods or services for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / PLSZ and their children up to 16 years of age to be used in commercial and service outlets in Polish (in particular in the capital city of Warsaw) with a face value of PLN 50 and a total nominal value not exceeding PLN 3,600,000.00 (three million six hundred thousand zlotys), in paper form (vouchers). The delivery will be made in two tranches with a nominal value of PLN 1,800,000.00 each, subject to point 2. The total number of vouchers will be 72,000 vouchers, 36,000 in each tranche, subject to point 2. The order will be financed from the funds of the Company Social Benefits Fund. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the nominal value of each tranche of vouchers, not more than by 10% of the value of each of them, provided that the total nominal value of the vouchers does not exceed PLN 3,600,000.00. The Ordering Party shall provide information on the final number of vouchers: a) in the scope of tranche I - no later than on the day of signing the contract, b) in the scope of tranche II - no later than 3 working days before the delivery deadline. 3. The Contracting Authority shall not allow bidding for vouchers in the form of electronic payment cards. 4. Vouchers, hereinafter referred to as vouchers, shall be understood as bearer ID marks issued and offered by the contractor (Article 921.15 of the Civil Code), subject to exchange for goods or services within the meaning of the Act of 16 April 1993 on combating unfair competition (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1233, as amended). 5. The cost of transport of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party's registered office is included in the offer price. 6. Requirements for vouchers: a) the vouchers offered must be in Polish, b) the minimum term of redemption (validity) of vouchers: 24 months from the date of delivery - for tranche I and 24 months from the date of delivery for tranche II, c) the minimum number of commercial and service outlets accepting vouchers within the administrative boundaries of the m.st of Warsaw: 50, d) the subject of the contract includes the purchase of general branch vouchers (food and industrial products, services), e) vouchers will be used throughout the country (in particular in the capital city of Warsaw)
