Printing, distribution and procurement of out-of-home products: large-scale posters, city light posters, megalight posters and posters DIN A0.

The award was already published in May under procedure 2022/S 091-251754. This original award was cancelled as significant changes in the contract now had to be taken into account. We ask all bidders who have already applied for the first award to submit their application and documents again under the new award now valid. Old applications cannot be considered.

The subject of the award procedure are outofhome products, which can be requested in the form of large-scale posters, city light posters and mega-light posters and DIN A0 posters (see also the service description). The request is irregular and in different forms. Depending on the run length, printing can be carried out in both offset and digital printing processes. As a template for the production, printable data in pdf form is provided by the client. Packaging is done either in packages or on pallets. DHL is specified as the service provider for parcel distribution. As an alternative to direct parcel distribution, delivery can also be made by freight forwarder to one or more locations nationwide. The award is made in one lot.
