The execution of the contract includes a mission of architecture, stability, special techniques, acoustics, project safety coordination and execution and PEB for the realization of a center of companies specialized in the field of transition energy on a REW site with an area of more than 7,700 m 2 of industrial halls, 400 m 2 administrative building and a set of access roads that are currently unused.

The objective being to:

- transform these large volumes into several production units ranging from 250 to 1,000 m 2 each having their own access autonomy;

- renovate the existing administrative building behind the site;

- the construction of a new administrative building on the edge of the road.

The candidate will have to develop his vision for the transformation of the existing halls and the rear building as well as for the construction of the new administrative building knowing that the budget for the whole project has been estimated at 7,500,000 EUR net construction cost excluding tax and fee.
