The purpose of this document is to list a series of characteristics and technical conditions that serve as a basis for contracting the supply, installation and commissioning of the machinery and equipment necessary for the adaptation, improvement and automation of the Light Container Selective Plant (PSEL ) of Trigueros (Huelva).

Supply, assembly and installation of all the necessary equipment for the correct operation of the resulting PSEL, including at this point not only the main equipment with its attached facilities and services, but also those complementary equipment and services necessary for their operation. All auxiliary structures and necessary maintenance and safety elements will also be subject to this supply.

The successful tenderer will also be in charge of commissioning (if it deems appropriate to integrate into the resulting PSEL any component of the current PSEL), disassembly and subsequent assembly (if appropriate according to the adjudicator's criteria) of the currently existing machinery (together with equipment and associated facilities, services and auxiliary maintenance and safety elements that apply) that will continue in use and in a different location within the resulting PSEL, according to the final accepted plant configuration.

It is also possible to keep the current PSEL equipment / components in the same position if the successful bidder considers it relevant in their automation proposal, always fulfilling the obligations derived from the specifications. Said winner will also be responsible for the disassembly, acquisition and final management of currently existing machinery, services and auxiliary elements that will not be used in the final configuration of the accepted plant.
