VER is acquiring hedge fund analysis and investment advisory service including support and maintenance service as defined in this call for tenders.

The service shall be implemented in close cooperation with VER.

VER is looking for a hedge fund analysis and investment advisory service which is best suited to VER’s needs. VER will use such advisory service, in part, to conduct its hedge fund manager selection, monitor current and potential new relationships and for risk management purposes. The emphasis in choosing this service is on the quality of analyses provided and the breadth of coverage of the relevant manager universe. This service shall provide VER with a wide range of risk metrics and risk exposure data of VER’s existing portfolio at a given time as well as return data. The service shall be fully up and running including all the features listed in Attachment 1 at the time limit for the submission of tenders.

The service will initially have approximately six users but VER shall have the right to increase or decrease the number of users for the same price. The same license fee shall cover VER as a whole with unlimited number of users.

The intention is to take system into production use by VER by the 3 July 2020.

Attachment 1 subsection 1.3 includes information on current hedge fund investments, which are in the scope of the service.
