The subject of the Order is:
(a) 24/7, specialized maintenance of cleanliness consisting of washing, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces in premises belonging to the SPZOZ in Parczewo
(b) the provision of intrahospital transport services
(c) assisting medical staff with patient services
- in accordance with the detailed description of the object of the contract as annex 3 to the SWZ
Detailed rules for the execution of the object of the contract are defined by the model of the contract — Annex No 7
The Contractor is obliged to bring a defect in the amount of PLN 140 000,00 (one hundred and forty thousand)
The vadium shall be lodged before the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders and shall be kept continuously until the date of the expiry of the deadline
The vadium can be brought in one or more of the following forms:
1) money,
2) bank guarantees,
3) insurance guarantees,
4) surety granted by entities referred to in Article 6b (5) (2) of the Act of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of PARP
The subject of the Order is:

— in accordance with the detailed description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SIWZ
Detailed rules for the execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the model contract - Annex 7 to the SIVE
The scope of service includes 7475,93 m2 of cleanliness in the premises of the Ordering Party, broken down by packets, in which there are different areas of washing and decontamination, according to which the rules of cleaning and disinfection of the surface are determined.
The areas of washing are divided into four zones (packages):
a) Package A - an area of 281,26 m2;
b) Package B - an area of 3356,63 m2;
c) Package C - an area of 644,05 m2;
d) Package D - an area of 3193.99 m2.
1. Washing area
- administrative premises,
- staircases,
- corridors outside the branch,
- technical premises,
- cellars,
- social premises,
- paramedics belonging to these premises.
2. Low-degree disinfection area
- the rooms of the sick,
- corridors inside the branches,
- passenger elevator - transport,
- study rooms - the studio of imaging diagnostics,
- SOR research offices and Specialist Counseling Team,
- rehabilitation offices,
- Dispensary lounges,
- sanitarians and bathrooms belonging to these rooms.
3. Medium degree disinfection area
- intensive care room,
- the postoperative room,
- halls in the maternity and neonatal ward,
- solitary confinement or rooms with patients requiring isolation,
- treatment and diagnostic rooms,
- sterilizer,
- endoscopic studio,
- waste collection room
- sanitarians and bathrooms belonging to these rooms.
- pulmonological cabinets
4. High-epidemiological risk area
- operating rooms on the operating block and during labor,
- the delivery room,
- sanitarians and bathrooms belonging to these rooms.
Disinfection and cleaning of premises should be carried out in accordance with hygiene rules and according to a certain hygiene plan and procedures.
The service should be performed around the clock (continuity of service), using disinfectant preparations and cleanliness agents of the Contractor.
The scope of operation of the following preparations and measures should be adapted to the contamination or suspicion of contamination of the surface
The developed concept of performance of the service to maintain cleanliness in accordance with the requirements specified in the hallmark No. 9 to SWZ - quality assessment.
Disinfection agents should be used using dispensing systems that allow solutions to be prepared.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing the scope of the subject matter of the contract in the field of purity maintenance service (option right), at any time and for any period (during the period of implementation of the contract), under the terms described in this paragraph, no more than by:
1) under Package A - 28.13 m2;
2) under Package B — 100,70 m2;
3) under Package C - 32,20 m2;
4) under Package D — 95,82 m2.
The increase in the scope of the subject matter of the contract occurs on the basis of a unilateral statement of the will of the Contracting Authority, submitted to the Contractor at least 14 days in advance, and does not require separate consent of the Contractor.
The right of option is granted as to maintenance services. In the statement, the Contracting Authority shall indicate the area by which the scope of the contract will be increased and the period during which this scope will be increased.
The Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option if such a need will be justified by the circumstances arising from the Contracting Authority's activities, in particular the increase in the area carried out by the Contracting Authority in connection with the expansion of the facility (increased the area of existing buildings or the addition of another building)
