The tender is for the operation of several collective accommodation facilities in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen at the Ahrenshagen and Stralsund locations.

The shared accommodation has a capacity of 166 places and is used in particular to accommodate asylum seekers.

The operation of the shared accommodation is the sole responsibility of the contractor and

comprises:

• the accommodation and social care of the residents living in it, and

• the management of the facility, including the performance of the duty to ensure safety.

The contractor has to fulfill the following tasks in particular:

I. Home management and home administration

II. Social care of the persons accommodated in the shared accommodation

III. Support of the client in the granting of basic benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act

IV. Charitable activities

V. Ensuring safety and order in the shared accommodation

VI. Keeping attendance lists of persons accommodated in the shared accommodation

VII. Ongoing maintenance and repair of the building, including repairs to the furnishings and equipment as well as technical equipment and their replacement
