The contract includes the administration of Oslo municipality's contracts with rights holders for procurements of licences and software maintenances, consultancy related to the most appropriate licensing, consultancy related to audits and licence accounts.

The tenderer must be able to provide software maintenance/support and complementing licences for all software at the contracting authority's disposal, including, but not limited to: Adobe, Appsense, Citrix, Dell EMC, Oracle, Red Hat Linux (IBM), Symantec, Trend Micro and VMware.

Microsoft licences are not included in this Framework Agreement.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately 40 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimate is based on previous years consumption of licence administration, and adding 15 % for uncertainties related to the future requirements. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority.
