BA I: 1 piece two-storey escape staircase, 17 running meters stair railing with handrails;

BA II: 1 single-storey escape staircase, 15 m stair railing with handrails;

BA III: 205 m 2 Trapezoidal sheet cladding on exterior wall, 25 m railing construction on attic.
