The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers for the for the provision of organisation-wide personnel placement services to support its operational needs.

Through the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement (‘Framework Agreement’), the successful tenderer(s) (‘Framework Members’) will be required to work with SFI in the sourcing, assessment, selection and placement activities. The Framework Agreement will be established as a multi-supplier framework agreement with seven (7) operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules.
