VIB wishes to proceed to the purchase and implementation of an ERP system for the following functional domains:

- Finance

- HR

- Procurement

This can be one integrated system for the 3 functional domains (finance, HR, procurement) or a specific solution per domain.

The assignment of this selection includes the implementation of the following ERP projects:

- Automating the scope-defined processes for the different domains

- The technical migration of the current systems to the ERP software

- The training of the affected users of the ERP software and

- The transfer to the support organization

The future package should be state of the art with regard to integration of artificial intelligence and automation (RPA).
