The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of waste generated at the Waste Management Plant in Korczów near Biłgoraj with the code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction), i.e. – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 from: - sorting of plastic packaging with code 15 01 02, - sorting of mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06 - sorting of non-segregated municipal waste separated from waste with code 20 03 01 - mechanical treatment of bulky waste with code 20 03 07. The contracting authority did not conduct research in the field of calorific value, humidity and chlorine and ash content in the waste covered by the tender procedure. The Ordering Party provides for settlements in a one-month system for the performance of services throughout the entire period of the contract. Payment deadline - 14 days from the date of submission of a correctly issued invoice at the Ordering Party's registered office.

The contracting authority, on the other hand, does not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the forecasts of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority declares the performance of the contract up to 50% of the amount of waste separately in each part I or II. The Ordering Party shall not be obliged to perform the contract up to the full amount of the specified number of components in the scope of PART I and PART II, and exceeding the above-mentioned quantities will not entitle the Contractor to cease further performance of the subject of the contract or to change the price.
