Description:

Sophus Bugges house BL05 (SBH) was built as a part of the Theological and the History-Philosophy faculty. The building was completed in 1962. The total gross area is approx. 5 500 m².

The building shall be totally renovated. Both the technical installations, surfaces and some of the interior shall be renewed and the plan solution on the ground floor shall be partly changed. We would like to establish energy wells that are to be connected to the building. The building shall be BREEAM certified, with the grade ‘Excellent’.
