1. The subject of the contract is the supply of: "Training and training kit in the field of medical rescue at CBRNE threats" divided into parts:
1.1. Part 1: Supply of phantoms;
1.2. Part 2: Supply of cardiac monitors and defibrillators;
1.3. Part 3: Supply of beds and stretchers;
1.4. Part 4: Supply of R1 Kit and mammals;
1.5. Part 5: Supply of ultrasound and anaesthesia machines;
As part of the delivery, the Contractor undertakes to train the User's staff free of charge in the proper use of the delivered devices.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of contract implementation is included in the Description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Number of parts 5. The contracting authority allows the submission of tenders for one or more lots of the contract.
4. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogs.
Phantom deliveryThe subject of the order is the delivery of 48 pcs. phantoms. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
