The procurement concerns a framework agreement for electrical work in connection with extensions and conversions as well as repair, maintenance and renovation work of the Client's property portfolio. The work will vary in size and scope and can be simple repairs, e.g. replacement of light fixtures, to major reconstructions that can involve both design and execution of completely or partially new installations during extensions or reconstructions. It is therefore important that the contractors have a flexible organization that can both respond quickly but also can plan and implement larger and complex contracts. Jour is not included in this framework agreement but is procured separately.

The framework agreement covers work in the Client's ports, the Port of Stockholm, the Port of Nynäshamn and the Port of Stockholm Norvik.

Call-offs are made if necessary during the framework agreement period.

The procurement is not divided into contract areas. The contractor shall submit tenders for all requested services.

The Customer intends to sign Framework Agreements with three (3) Contractors. The basis for evaluation is the most economically advantageous tender based on price.

The estimated turnover of the framework agreement is three (3) million Swedish SEK/year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is thirty (30) million Swedish kronor for the entire term of eight (8) years. Estimated turnover and maximum value are neither binding nor should be construed as a promise.

The Framework Agreement enters into force when the Framework Agreement is signed by both Parties, but no earlier than 2023-10-01. The framework agreement is initially valid for two (2) years. The customer then has the opportunity to extend the Framework Agreement for another six (6) years for two (2) years at a time. The maximum total contract period is eight (8) years.
