The subject of the public contract shall include:

Stage I Design:

1) Making a map for design purposes if required.

2) Development of the concept of reconstruction of Nowa Street in Chorzów, which, after obtaining acceptance of the Contracting Authority, will form the basis for the development of the project documentation referred to below.

3) Complex development of project documentation for reconstruction of Nowa Street in Chorzów in part:

(a) road,

(b) drainage of the road on a section from point C to D together with a rainwater pumping station and a pressing collector on the section from point B to D including in the well K1,

c) street lighting,

-including the development of the project documentation for the planned reconstruction together with obtaining authorization on behalf of the Investor to carry out works, respectively: declaration/construction permitt/ ZRID.

Stage II Implementation of works according to the developed project documentation

1) Execution of road works related to the reconstruction of Nowa Street on the section from Kruszcowa Street (i.e. from the tram track to the bridge object over the railway line (without bridge object))

2) Execution of works in the field of security/reconstruction of underground armament equipment interfering with the construction intention

3) Performing the reconstruction of street drainage on the section from point C to D together with the construction of a rainwater pumping station and a pressing collector on the section from point B to D with the inclusion in the well K1

4) Replacement of street lighting as described later in PFU

5) Providing industry supervisors

6) Providing geological surveillance

7) Providing copyright supervision
