The subject of this contract is the provision of Services in the field of Management and supervision over the implementation of the investment task under project No. 2015-PL-TM-0125-W entitled: "Improving rail access to seaports in Szczecin and Świnoujście".
The project is implemented under 2 contracts covering the scope of infrastructure of PKP PLK SA and the infrastructure of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment:
Contract 1 - Preparation of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Szczecin Port Centralny station - Task 1
Contract 2 - Preparation of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Świnoujście station - Task 2
The purpose of this contract is to manage and supervise the implementation of an investment task covering the scope of the infrastructure of PKP PLK SA and the infrastructure of ZMPSiŚ SA:
Contract No. 1: "Development of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Szczecin Port Centralny station - Task 1",
Contract No. 2: "Development of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Świnoujście station - Task 2",
In particular through:
a) Performing the function of an Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and FIDIC contract conditions;
b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of Contracts in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting;
c) Technical management, including the performance of the obligations of the Investor's supervision inspector for Contracts;
d) Management, including coordination of all Contracts concluded under the Project;
e) Conducting environmental supervision, including environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions and other administrative decisions in this respect.
The scope of the Investment Task over which the Contractor will provide the Management and Supervision Service includes in particular the following elements:
Contract No. 1 "Development of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Szczecin Port Centralny station - Task 1":
a) project documentation, including:
Preparation of the detailed design,
Development of detailed technical specifications,
Preparation of as-built documentation,
Carrying out the subsystem conformity assessment process and forwarding the relevant EC declarations and certificates for subsystems.
b) the implementation of Works consisting in the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure in the following industries:
Pavement and track bed,
Railway traffic control equipment (srk),
Telecommunications equipment and systems,
Traction network with power supply systems (leave it appropriate),
Electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,
Non-traction electric power above 1 kV including non-traction needs lines
Engineering facilities,
Platforms and cubature objects,
Crossings and crossings,
c) removal of collision of works involving the construction and reconstruction of road infrastructure to the extent necessary and construction of facilities for environmental protection.
Contract No. 2 "Development of detailed designs and execution of construction works at the Świnoujście station - Task 2"
a) project documentation, including:
Preparation of the detailed design,
Development of detailed technical specifications,
Preparation of as-built documentation,
Carrying out the subsystem conformity assessment process and forwarding the relevant EC declarations and certificates for subsystems.
b) the implementation of Works consisting in the construction and reconstruction of railway infrastructure in the following industries:
Pavement and track bed,
Railway traffic control equipment (srk),
Telecommunications equipment and systems,
Traction network with power supply systems (leave it appropriate),
Electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,
Non-traction electric power above 1 kV including non-traction needs lines
Engineering facilities,

Crossings and crossings,
Collision removal
c) the implementation of works involving the construction and reconstruction of road infrastructure to the extent necessary and construction of facilities to protect the environment
The investment task (Contract No. 1 and Contract No. 2) includes rail infrastructure managed by both PKP PLK SA and the Szczecin and Świnoujście SA Ports Authority.
