The city of Aalen intends to develop a school campus Braunenberg on the existing site of the current Braunenberg School. The concept provides for the spatial integration of a 3-group day care center, a full-time elementary school and a special education and counseling center (SBBZ).
The construction project is divided into 3 sections. First of all, the planning services for the 1st construction phase will be awarded in accordance with the provision of the financial resources of the city of Aalen.

This contains:
- demolition / demolition connecting building between pavilion East and West,
- partial demolition of the existing pavilion plant; Roof renovation,
- Construction of a 3-group day care center,
- Renovation of Gymnasium East,
- New building full day care in the EC with Teilunterkellerung.
The cost (Kgr. 200-700) is roughly estimated at 4.60 million EUR net.
Start Lph. 3: 04/2020 Start of construction: 01/2021 Planned completion: until 09/2022.
The presented measures are based on a feasibility study, which was created about the upcoming project. For this purpose, the preliminary planning with a planning depth up to and including Lph. 2 already created and developed a corresponding space program.
Any further planning must be based on these requirements, which have already been agreed upon and approved by the responsible bodies.
In addition, the Energy Policy Working Paper 2019-2023, passed by the city council of Aalen in September 2019, is an essential basis for planning in the context of eea certification. Obligatory targets for future action have been formulated for the continuous improvement of energy and climate policy work. The basis for this is a catalog of measures that includes numerous measures for energy policy action. A detailed description of the working document is attached to the application documents.
For the extension and renovation of the Bildungscampus Braunenberg, BA 1, the services of the technical equipment, equipment groups 4 and 5 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, Lph. 3-9 to forgive. First of all, phases 1 and 2 in accordance with § 53 HOAI are to be commissioned in the 1st commissioning stage.
There is no legal entitlement to commission further service phases or stages of assignment with regard to extension and / or reorganization (see II.2.11)).
All references to DIN 276-1: 2008-12 in the contract documents (HAVKOM sample) in connection with the defined performance obligations are to be read as references to the currently valid DIN 276: 2018-12. Deviating from § 4 (1) of the HOAI, DIN 276: 2018-12 must also be applied to determine the chargeable costs. In this connection, it is expressly pointed out that the regulations and standards in their current version apply in the context of the commission.
