Object planning of outdoor facilities acc. § 38 ff. HOAI 2013 for the 12th elementary school Dresden-Cotta, Hebbelstr. 20 in 01156 Dresden; LPH 2-9 gradual commissioning.

The state capital Dresden intends to completely renovate the school building, to renovate and expand the existing sports hall and to add a new 1-field sports hall. It is planned to apply for funding for the construction project, but probably no EU funding.

Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 11.26 million gross (including KG 600).

The client (AG) intends the service phases (Lph) 2 to 9 of the service object planning for outdoor facilities according to 38 ff. HOAI 2013. The order is placed in stages. At the end of the negotiation process, service phase 2 is contractually commissioned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been provided. Service phase 8 is expected to be completed in 2025.

Project planning for outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI § 39 ff. I. V. m. Appendix 11, LPH 2-9 for the scope of services of the following sub-objects in the project "12. Elementary School Dresden-Cotta ":

- Complete renovation of the listed school building with extension for elevator (TO 1);

- Refurbishment of the listed sports hall with connection (roofing) to the school building and with an extension (TO 2);

- Construction of a 1-field sports hall (TO 3);

- Redesign and preparation of the open spaces (TO 4).

The service to be contracted concerns TO 4 only.
