The amounts of the SOA categories OG3, OS21, OG1, OS34, OG10, OS18-B, OS19, OS30, OS12-A, OS24, OS28, OS04, those of the RFI qualification categories SQ001 LTE-001, LTE-002 and LTE-004, and those relating to the BOE category are implemented by the amounts of any changes pursuant to paragraph 1 letter a) of art. 106 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, contained in Annex 12 bis to the contract scheme, and detailed in the Table of processes referred to in paragraph A of the Tender Regulations, for a total amount of € 50,913,323.46.

The implementation of the requirements formulated by the competent authorities as part of the authorization process of the intervention, contained in the Environmental Compatibility Decree no. 144 of 20/03/2023 and in the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 26/04/2023, as well as the observations contained in the Inspection Report of 07/06/2023, contained in Annex 12 to the contract scheme, is already considered calculated in the amount placed on the basis of the tender, as indicated in art. 2 of the draft contract.

The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 27,958,225.97; if the contractor does not meet the requirements of current legislation, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies as reported in paragraph I) Subcontracting of the Tender Regulations and in the contract scheme in the same annex.

The amount of labor costs is € 84,932,379.42.
