The services of this contract relate to the performance of thermal rehabilitation work on a building comprising eight social rental housing units located at 3 and 5 place de l'Eglise in Avrainville (91630). The performance of the services is subject to an obligation of result, under the conditions defined in the documents of the CED. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP, specific to each lot, and their annexes as well as in the operation program note. The rehabilitation operation is allotted in three technical lots in total. The overall contract execution time may not exceed ten months (all batches combined) including the preparation period per batch. The site visit is compulsory for all the lots. The conditions are described in the consultation rules.
Optional variants are not allowed. The contracting authority does not impose the costing of any mandatory variant.
