1.The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of disposable medical equipment divided into tasks for the Independent Public Health Care Center in Garwolin at 50 Lubelska Street within 12 months.

2.The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids under the mentioned lots. Each part specified in the SWZ should be treated as a separate subject of the contract (separate orders). All provisions contained in the SWZ regarding the offer should be understood as partial offers. If the SWZ does not contain a provision to which part a specific article, paragraph, paragraph, condition, form, document, etc. applies. – this means that it applies to all parts.
