The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the Gmina Dębno and their development in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities, regulations implementing the abovementioned law and in force during the period of implementation of the contract by a resolution on the rules of maintenance of purity and order in the territory of the Dębno Municipality

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the receipt of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the Gmina Dębno and their development in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities, regulations implementing the abovementioned law and in force during the period of implementation of the contract by a resolution on the rules of maintenance of purity and order in the territory of the Dębno Municipality

2. The subject of the contract includes the following categories of municipal waste:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

b) packaging made of paper and cardboard,

c) mixed packaging waste,

d) glass packaging,

e) plastic packaging,

f) packaging of metal,

g) multi-material packaging,

(h) paper and cardboard,

(i) glass,

j) plastics,

(k) biodegradable waste,

(l) large-sized waste,

m) worn electrical appliances containing dangerous components,

(n) consumed electrical and electronic equipment.

o) worn tyres,

A detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall include the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which is Annex 9 to the SWZ and the model of the contract annex 8 to the SWZ
