Alexandra Palace Trading Limited (the authority) requires the provision of event-based bar services at their venue in North London N22 7AY.

The provider shall deliver a bar operation which can service a minimum of 10 000 people per event and manage stock levels in accordance with these numbers. The service will include the provision of bars; staffing; tills; cash control; financial reporting etc.

In the last year, Alexandra Palace hosted 30 nights of music attend by 255 000 fans.

Note: all beverages sold will be sourced exclusively through APTL and its suppliers.

APTL can only consider offers from established businesses with suitable experience of venues at this scale, and an ability to demonstrate the resources to provide a consistent service at the highest standard.

Although APTL already provide and excellent events to its visitors, we are looking for a provider to enhance even further through excellent service and investment into the infrastructure for providing bar services.

Note: this tender is regarding bar services only. Other services including food supply are out of scope.

The tender will comprise of a pre-qualification stage, with short-listed tenders invited to tender. The tender process will comprise of a number of stages including and initial proposal stage, from which a further shortlist may be selected and a negotiations will take place before final tenders are submitted.
