The tenderer shall conduct two surveys onboard the trains at the central areas of Eastern Norway for the Directorate of Railways (the Customer). The first survey shall map the payment shares onboard the trains. The second survey shall map the ticket composition. This is two surveys that shall be conducted annually from 2023 to and including 2026. The results of the survey will be used in the income settlement between the train operators and the administration companies in central areas of Eastern Norway.
