The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear and protective equipment. The user groups are refuse collectors (transport with collection and emptying), as well as employees at the dangerous waste reception, operation and maintenance, control installations, the recycling station, workshop, and BrukOm. In addition the administration has access to profiling clothes.

The products must be durable and of high quality, and meet the needs of all of the contracting authority's departments. Of about 250 employees in the group, the contracting authority estimates that there are approx. 150 persons who require workwear, footwear, and protective equipment in the various operational departments.

Approx. 50 persons in administration for TRV and TRVG have access to profiling clothes.
