The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the contract for the collection, transport and counting services of funds as well as the supply and delivery of currency.

The services to be performed by the holder concern the following areas:

- The collection, transport and counting of funds from "vending machines" and other collection points of the SEMITAN network. For information, the amount of the daily collection will not exceed 30,000 euros.

- The technical and financial management of the coiners located on the Semitan sites

the service breaks down as follows:

1. The collection, transport and counting of funds from "vending machines" and other collection points of the SEMITAN network:

- The collection of vending machines, the Mobility area and the Bellier site,

- The transport of funds and valuables by armoured vehicle and / or light vehicle, according to the regulations in force, to the counting site of the service provider,

- individualized counting of cash (notes and coins) and cheques collected,

- Remittances to the credit of our account,

- sending by email (or making available on a dematerialization platform) the detailed result of the count to the accounting department.

2. The technical and financial management of the coin machines located on SEMITAN sites:

- Ticket collection,

- Currency supply and reloading,

- Transport by armoured vehicle and/or light vehicle according to the regulations in force, to the service provider's counting site,

- maintenance and interventions of 1st level,

- individualised counting of the species collected,

- Remittances to the credit of our account,

- sending by email (or making available on a dematerialization platform) the detailed result of the count to the accounting department
