1. The subject of the contract is “Receipt and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality Nieplwica Duża and the collection and development of municipal waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste”.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the municipality Nieplwica Duża,
2) the collection and management of municipal waste from a selective municipal waste collection point located on the site of the wastewater treatment plant in Nieplwica Duża at Górki 43 A Street,
3) receiving and zoning municipal waste from bell-type containers.

3. As of 01.07.2021, the number of inhabited properties from which waste was received is 3,095. The number of persons residing as of 01.07.2021 is 9,956 persons. The assumed amount of waste to be collected and zoned during the period of execution of the order is 2,135,40 Mg.
4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
5. The contract should be exercised in particular in accordance with the contract, the model of which is set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
