Within the framework of the European cross-border cooperation programme Interreg Alcotra (Latin Alps cross-border cooperation), the departmental council of the Alpes de Haute-Provence participates in the Pitem (thematic integrated plan) entitled Prosol (solidarity proximity), and in particular the simple Senior project. The aim of the latter project is to develop and test health and social services for the elderly in the cross-border territory between Italy and France. The object of this contract concerns the realization of the deliverables expected by the Department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in respect of the actions it carries out in Work Package 3/Action 1 (see Infra). The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
